Hooper’s Differential Assemblies are guaranteed for satisfactory operation, and against defective workmanship and material for 90 Days without mileage limitation. Under no circumstances will we recognize claims for consequential damages or accept liability for parts damaged through improper installation, abuse or undue strain, such as that caused by oversized tires or exceeding vehicle weight limits. All new gear sets require a break-in period. Vehicles should be driven lightly for the first 20 miles then allowed to cool. Our warranty requires a 500 mile break-in before towing. Any heavy use or overloading during the first 500 miles will damage the gears which can be determined by inspection and will void warranty. Aftermarket gears (non OEM) are designed for strength and may have some noise. No guarantee on any Posi-traction unit, or against “Post Chatter” due to rear tires of unequal circumference. Locking type differentials will bang and clunk during normal operation. Our guarantee is limited to replacement of defective unit only, when available, after inspection at our factory. It is recommended the oil be changed after the first 500 miles to remove any metal particles generated during the break-in period.

Any vehicle left after 48 hours of notification will be charged $10.00 per day storage fee.
